爬梳自1980年代戒嚴時期起，直到2018年的現在，台灣重要環境運動與事件，包括新竹李長榮、鹿港反杜邦、反石化擴張、反核、空汙等議題，也訪問了曾參與抗爭，如今已漸老的居民與紀錄者。「時間」儼然成為另一主角，透過三十幾年的影像紀錄，照出這塊土地的命運。

This film re-examines major environmental movements and events in Taiwan from the 1980s to 2018, including the protest against LCY Chemical Corp in Hsinchu, anti-DuPont movement in Lukang, the movement against the expansion of petrochemical industry, anti-nuclear and anti-air pollution protests. It is a compilation of over 30 years of documentary footage and interviews of those who took part in the protests.
