Yang Fuming is an artist living in Dailin Po, Kaohsiung. The place he resides is a village deeply affected by severe industrial pollution due to heavy industrial development in southern Taiwan. He did not settle into a retired life after retirement but began constructing his own "Wonderland".This is an experimental film close to a documentary: its strong visual appearance, extremely close-up shots, and humorous plot are just its surface; we are not creating an imaginary feature film, but rather delving into a documentary spanning 6 to 7 years, a narrative that seeks to understand the local characters and scenes!

He likes behind-the-scenes experiments, and hates pretending to be mature and resigned. In 2013, he assisted in community painting in Dalin Po. He won the Arte Laguna Prize in Venice 2023 for his work "Back to Glory: Make_._ Great again".

Our team has been stationed in Dailin Po for six years, gaining profound insights into various local issues, lifestyle habits, and the wild aesthetic style of the are Particularly interested in the contrasting scenarios between the industrial landscape created by the national machinery and the creativity exhibited by residents in handicrafts, we chose to center Fuming's creations as the core of the entire visual narrative. Using a shuttle-like lens movement, we guide the audience back and forth between the artist's "Wonderland" and the surrounding landscape, offering an exploration of both. The visuals deconstruct Fuming's handmade wonderland with various camera movements, then employ the same camera language to capture the industrial landscape, removing the habitual voice-over narration; and relying on camera movement to deconstruct and stitch together the dynamic relationship between the artificial wonderland and the national industrial area.
